Sustaining Change: An Artist-Farmer Exchange

Document Actions
Modern American farmers face a wide range of issues and concerns. Twelve contemporary Northwest artists explore evolving agricultural practices & the emergence of a new rural ecological aestetic on twelve award-winning family farms. What is being done to preserve & conserve natural resources and heritage while making allowances for the needs of a fast growing population is addressed through paintings, photography, and sculpture as well as in written statements from each farmer.
