Slow Foods is hosting Nash & Kia of Nash's Organic Produce, a Farming & the Environment Stewardship Farm, for appetizers, wine, a cooking demo and talk. Nash Huber will talk about buying, making and eating local produce and Kia Kozun will demonstrate how to make a vegetable stir fry for Thanksgiving. Alderwood Bistro and Pane d'Amore will provide appetizers... Who can resist? Event is free. Donations welcome.
