New Studies Back Benefit of Organic Diet

TORONTO, Canada - Organic foods protect children from the toxins in pesticides, while foods grown using modern, intensive agriculture techniques contain fewer nutrients and minerals than they did 60 years ago, according to two new scientific studies.

Canada's NewsCenter announces results of new scientific studies supporting the beneficial impacts of eating an organic diet in contrast to a diet of conventional foods which are found to lack nutrition and negatively impact our health.  The article quotes research results from eight different sources supporting these claims, including a 2003 study by the University of Washington.
